- Every booking is subject to a minimum stay of 5 nights.
- What deposit is required to book?
- A 30% advance payment is made to confirm the booking.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Less than one month before the booking date: the 30% advance paid is non-refundable. More than one month before the booking date: a full refund is made, or the dates can be moved according to your wishes and availability.
- Is there a security deposit?
- Yes, a €1,500 deposit is taken on arrival and refunded after departure if no damage is found.
- Are pets allowed?
- Pets are not allowed in the villa, to preserve the comfort of every guest.
- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am. Other times can be arranged on request, subject to the calendar.
