Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum stay?
Every booking is subject to a minimum stay of 5 nights.
What deposit is required to book?
A 30% advance payment is made to confirm the booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Less than one month before the booking date: the 30% advance paid is non-refundable. More than one month before the booking date: a full refund is made, or the dates can be moved according to your wishes and availability.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a €1,500 deposit is taken on arrival and refunded after departure if no damage is found.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the villa, to preserve the comfort of every guest.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am. Other times can be arranged on request, subject to the calendar.
How many guests can the villa host?
Up to 12 guests in 5 en-suite bedrooms. No parties, no events: the villa welcomes quiet stays only (families, couples, golfers, calm groups).
Is there staff on site?
Housekeeping is included. A private cook, van with driver, airport transfers, personal trainer and in-villa massage are available as options.
