Booking conditions

Cancellation policy

• Less than one month before the booking date: the 30% advance payment is non-refundable.
• More than one month before the booking date: a full refund is made, or the dates can be moved according to your wishes and availability.

Security deposit

A €1,500 security deposit is left on arrival. It is returned in full at check-out if no damage is found in the villa.

Check-in and check-out times

• Check-in: access to the villa is from 3 pm.
• Check-out: the villa must be vacated by 11 am at the latest.

Minimum stay

Every booking is subject to a minimum stay of 5 nights.

Booking terms

• Only the guests declared at the time of booking may access the property. Any additional guest requires a prior written request approved by the owner.
• Children remain entirely under their parents' responsibility for their safety and supervision.
