Marrakech villa with heated pool, sleeping 12

From six guests upward, the whole villa often costs less than equivalent hotel rooms, and you gain what a hotel cannot give you: a pool nobody else uses, a kitchen, your own living rooms and no timetable.

There is no reception, no shared corridor, no breakfast slot. You arrive, settle in, and the house follows your rhythm, whether you travel with small children or with friends who wake at very different hours.

Amelkis is a secured golf-residential estate south-east of Marrakech. You are seventeen minutes from Jemaa el-Fna, fifteen minutes from Menara airport, and right beside the Amelkis 3 course whose fairways open in front of the terrace.

Days in town, silent nights: something a riad inside the medina cannot offer.

You rent the entire villa: five suites, two living rooms, a large fitted kitchen, the heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym and all the grounds. Housekeeping and pool maintenance are included during your stay.

On request, before you arrive, we arrange airport transfers, a private cook, in-villa massage or a tee time at Amelkis 3.

€600 per night in low season, €800 in high season, for the whole villa and up to twelve guests. Minimum stay five nights. A €1,500 deposit is taken and refunded after departure.

The villa hosts quiet stays only: no parties, no events.
